Recipes #2,3

here you go.. another two simple recipes for you again *wink*

#2 Strawberries, blueberries, banana smoothiestrawberry2
Ingredients:
frozen blueberries, strawberries, 1 banana, 2 tbsps of granola, 1 cup of soy/low-fat/non-fat milk (your preference)
1. Wash the berries thoroughly
2. (you can freeze your berries overnight for a cup of chilly smoothie)
dump everything into the blender including milk
3. Add granola for texture and taste
4. Blend, ready to serve.

#3 Orange slices with Salmon in a foil

Ingredients:
2 slices of salmon
1 orange
Salt and pepper
a sheet of aluminium foil

1. Slice up the orange
2. lay the slices (refer to pic2), you can add a little olive oil beforehand 
3. Season the salmon pieces w salt and pepper (to taste) and place it on the oranges
4. Preheat the oven at 240 deg celsius
Wrap the salmon w the foil
5. Place it in the oven for 20mins (or until the salmon is flaky) and top a little cheddar cheese on top for 5 mins
and its done! :)

for myself, i added asparagus and prawns to go with my salmon (and massive roasted pumpkin seeds). haha its really up to you to mix your dishes up! this is one of my boyfriends favourite dish anyway hehe
